Is there a minimum call-out fee?
Yes - our minimum call-out is £70. This covers our travel, set-up and equipment running costs.
Do you clean leather sofas?
No, we specialise in fabric upholstery only. Leather requires a different process and we'd rather not risk damaging your furniture.
What counts as one "carpet area"?
A standard-sized room (up to ~14×12 ft) counts as one area. Hallway & stairs combined is one area. Larger rooms or two rooms knocked through may count as two - we'll always confirm before starting work.
Is a deposit required?
For larger bookings we may take a small £20 deposit at booking, with the balance due on completion. The booking form will let you know if one applies.
How long do carpets take to dry?
Typically 1–2 hours with our SteemPro PowerMax system. If you've added fabric protector, please leave treated surfaces untouched for 24–36 hours to allow it to cure properly.
Do you offer discounts for big jobs or repeat customers?
Yes - our bundle pricing already discounts whole-house jobs significantly. We also run seasonal offers and coupon codes (check the booking form). Repeat customers and referrals are looked after too - just ask.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments via Stripe (online), cash, bank transfer or card on the day. Invoiced commercial accounts available - get in touch to set up.
