Commercial cleaning FAQs

Can you work outside of normal business hours?

Yes - evenings, early mornings, weekends and school holidays are all routine for us. Many of our commercial clients prefer their premises cleaned when empty.

Do you do one-off cleans or only contracts?

Both. We're happy to do a one-off deep clean (end-of-tenancy is a great example) or set up a recurring schedule on monthly / quarterly / annual terms - whichever suits.

Can we set up an invoiced account?

Absolutely. We can invoice on standard 14 or 30-day terms with PO numbers and VAT invoices. Get in touch and we'll set you up.

What size of premises can you handle?

Everything from a single small office to large multi-floor sites. For very large jobs we'll bring extra technicians and equipment - just let us know the scale in your enquiry.

What's the minimum commercial booking?

Our standard minimum call-out is £70. For contracted commercial work, we can be more flexible - get in touch with the details and we'll quote accordingly.
